Our Autumn Journey
Autumn Term 1
In our math’s lesson this half term, we used visual and concreate resources to create giant part-whole models and place value charts. As well as this we also played a place value game in pairs.
In our science lessons this half tem the children created their own classification keys to help identify and name a variety of living things. The children had to come up with their own question to help classify the living things. For example ‘Can they fly?’. After, this the children would then sort the living things into there classification group.
