Our Summer Journey
Summer 1:
In science we had 4 different open ended experiments to investigate. We worked in small groups and we then discussed our findings.
1 – Can you get the animals and people to float across the water
2 – Can you sort the materials? Can your group guess how you sorted them
3 – The strongest material – can you build a bridge for the cars
4 – Is it magnetic or not?
The children in Emerald class this half term have really enjoyed learning about the Great fire of London. The children have found this topic really engaging and have enjoyed pretending to be Will Farriner writing a diary of his experience of the fire. The children enjoyed getting creative and made some amazing pieces of art based on the Great fire of London!
